The weekly send cap
What's capped, what isn't, and when it resets.
Free plan accounts can send up to 1,000 emails per week. Every paid plan is unlimited.
What counts
Every message that leaves the outbox: campaign sends, sequence steps, transactional email, and test sends. A test send counts on purpose, otherwise it would be a way around the cap.
What happens at the limit
Sends stop until the window rolls forward. A campaign part-way through its list pauses rather than failing; the remainder goes out once there's room again. The app shows how much of the cap you've used.
Resetting
The window is the calendar week: the count resets to zero at the start of Monday, so a week's full allowance is available again then.
Raising it
Upgrade to any paid plan and the cap is gone. Pricing is by contact count, not send volume. See pricing.
