A sentence in,
a full sequence out.
When you create a sequence, describe the goal, like "onboard new trials over their first week", and Pombo drafts the emails, the order, and the waits between them. Then edit any step in the editor.
- →Every step is a draft you review before the sequence goes live.
- →Change a step in the editor, or ask your agent to change it over MCP.
- →Your brand voice is applied to every email in the sequence.

Started by what
people actually do.
A sequence begins when your backend posts a matching event: a signup, a purchase, a plan change. Time delays are one kind of step, not the only way in. Settings, Events shows every event name you have sent and what uses each one.
- →Post events to
/api/v1/eventsor send them over MCP. - →The same event can start a sequence and fire a transactional email.
- →Event data is available as
{{ event.* }}in the step templates.
See it run before
a single email sends.
Give the sequence a goal and Pombo measures conversions against it and stops emailing anyone who has already converted. Do a dry run first to walk a sample contact through every step and wait. Emails render, nothing sends.
- →Goals are event based: "subscription.created", "order.completed".
- →A dry run shows the exact path a contact takes, step by step.
- →Set the whole flow to draft or active from one control.
