Yes. Pombo will not send from a domain it can't authenticate with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. Use a dedicated sending subdomain like mail.yourcompany.com. Check yours with the free email authentication checker.

Yes. Every paid plan has no send cap. The free plan is limited to 1,000 emails per week and 1,000 contacts. Pricing is by contact count, not volume.

Yes. Hard bounces and spam complaints are suppressed permanently, and unsubscribes are honored across every send. You never scrub a list by hand. Re-importing a suppressed address does not un-suppress it.

No. Everything the AI generates, whether in the app or through a connected agent, is a draft. Nothing sends until you review it, and every agent action is logged.

Yes. Set a brand voice profile once and every generated email, subject line, and sequence follows it instead of sounding like generic AI.

No. Your contacts and content are not used to train models. Generation runs against your data at request time to produce drafts for you, and that's it.

Yes. A connected AI agent can migrate the account: contacts, custom fields, templates, and sequences. Most teams are sending within a day. See migrating from another platform.

Yes, if you include them. Export the people who opted out of your old tool and import them with an unsubscribed status. They stay in your audience but are never emailed.

Yes. HTML and MJML come across as-is through the raw code import, so existing designs render exactly as before. The agent can also rebuild them as editable blocks.

No. Unsubscribes are free. Only subscribed contacts count toward your plan, so unsubscribed, bounced and undeliverable contacts cost you nothing. Keep them: they stay in your audience so you never accidentally email them again, which deleting them would lose.
