Draft a campaign from a brief
Describe the outcome and let Pombo draft the sequence, the email, or the whole campaign, then review it before anything sends.
Describe the outcome you want and Pombo drafts it in your brand voice. There are three ways in, depending on what you are making.
A sequence, from a goal
When you create a sequence, fill in AI Goal with what it should achieve:
Onboard new free trial users over five emails, guiding them from signup to their first project.
Pombo drafts the steps: the emails, their order, and the waits between them. Every step opens in the sequence editor as a draft you can change. Pombo's own chat can do the same from the Getting started page if you would rather ask there.
An email, from a description
Under Templates, open the AI panel and describe the email you want, such as "a short launch announcement with one button". Pombo builds the whole template, headings, columns, buttons and merge tags included.
To change it, ask the assistant in the template editor, like "make the subject less salesy and add a PS about free shipping". It shows the change as a diff next to the preview. Choose Keep change or Discard; nothing touches the template until you keep it. A campaign then sends whichever template you pick for it.
A whole campaign, from one sentence
With your AI agent connected over MCP, ask for the campaign in plain language:
Announce the spring sale to everyone who bought in the last 90 days. 20% off, ends Sunday.
The agent reads your brand voice, finds or creates the segment, writes the email, creates the campaign, and can send you a test. See what an agent can do for the full list of tools.
Review before send
Nothing in a draft is sent automatically. Campaigns are always created as drafts: review the email and the audience, then send or schedule it in Pombo. Sequences stay in draft until you activate them. Run a sequence as a dry run first to see exactly what each contact would get.
